The Book Slim and Relaxed is a training program written by Taco Veldstra professor sport at the University of Leiden for 35 years.

SLIM: Taco will teach you the excersises based on rowing, cross country skiing and swimming. These sports generate, scientifically proved, the best fysical condition, highest metabolism and fat burning.

FOOD ADVICE:
Eat fresh, fibrous and substantial food. Then you don't need a diet. That will activate the jo jo effect!

RELAXED: Taco studied western and eastern relaxation techniques. Slim and relaxed selected the best down to earth stress reduction excersises and provide you practical methods to relax in daily life.
